The New England Woodworking team is passionate about delighting our customers. We take pride in our craftsmanship. And so we guarantee that our high-end custom projects are free of defects for a period of 2 years.

To help keep custom-built windows and doors and custom cabinetry looking as beautiful and working as well as the day they are installed, we give each of our clients an owner's manual with tips for care and maintenance.

Warranties don’t cover the authentic, beautiful variations that come from natural wood. Or any tarnishing of handles or discoloration that comes from sun or improper care.

Our warranty does cover the repair or replacement of any pieces that are found to have defective materials or construction. Because we’re 100% committed to craftsmanship, and to our customers.
